What information do you need to get a project started?
To start a project any information you have are helpful. The more information you can provide, the better we can understand your 3D Visualization needs. This starts with 3D files, finishes, elevations and landscape or lighting plans. Don’t worry about the data type, we will get it work. Even if your floor plans and mood boards are hand drawn, we can use them.
How do you guarantee the security of my data?
We strictly adhere to non-disclosure standards and are committed to maintaining confidentiality. Upon request, we sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our clients and ensure all our employees do the same. We employ the highest security measures and precautions to protect data, images, and information belonging to our clients. All data, including virtual tours, are stored separately. Additionally, we can create dedicated workspaces upon request to further ensure the security and privacy of your information.
Can I see progress updates during the project?
Yes. We offer as many revisions as needed to get a result, that satisfies you. In these revisions you can see the currently status of the project. Check our 3 steps process for more detailed information.
What do your services cost?
Our pricing is straightforward, but to provide an accurate quote, we need some details about your project. Each project is unique, so prices vary based on the scope, level of customization, and technical complexity. We base our quotes on the project’s defined scope and your specific requirements. After you share your initial brief, we give you an estimation within 24 hours.
To start the project, we require an upfront payment of half of the estimated cost. The remaining balance is due once you approve the final deliverables.
How do you deliver the results?
The results will be available online and can be downloaded with provided access. Virtual tours will be hosted online and accessible via a link that will be sent to you.
